Leadership Delaware

Year long tuition based program offers a series of two day, monthly, industry and issue-oriented forums and experiences, which are based on the belief that knowledge is a key element and prime motivator of leadership. It is an intensive, fast moving program and described by our Fellows as an MBA in Delaware.

We do  not teach Fellows how to lead, but rather, we provide access to leaders who will share their leadership characteristics from which our Fellows may choose to adopt, adapt, or reject.
