• Commitment to service, leadership, and professional development
• Willingness to actively support the mission of the Urban League Young Professionals
📝 How the Application Process Works
1. Send Your Resume and Email president@ulyppgh.org (CC: vicepresident@ulyppgh.org) and list the position(s) you’re interested in.
2. Rolling Review We review applications as they come in — early submissions encouraged.
3. Interview Conversation Selected applicants meet with leadership to discuss vision, commitment, and fit.
4. Chair + Co‑Chair Matching Several roles offer Co‑Chair opportunities, allowing two leaders to share responsibility and collaborate.
5. Selection & Onboarding Accepted candidates receive onboarding materials and join the 2026–2028 leadership team.
