Nina Duzhikhin, Senior Program Manager
Hey! My name is Nina Duzhikhin and I am the Senior Program Manager at Baltimore Corps for our Public Allies Program. I am so excited to work with an organization that is always dedicated to putting Baltimore First and I get to do that every day in my job working with our city’s emerging leaders. Outside of my day job, the work I am most proud of is with the Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) at Maryland Correctional Institute at Jessup, where I work in community with a facilitation team that is made up of outside facilitators as well as men who are currently incarcerated, to build conflict transformation skills and shift the way we think about harm and accountability. In my spare time, I am also a plant whisperer, a dog mom, a walking enthusiast, and a fresh food lover. I dream of a Baltimore that thrives in abundance and a world where prisons are abolished, and justice is rehabilitative and transformative.
