For over 30 years, Public Allies has been empowering local leaders who are dedicated to building resilient communities. Now, with federal funding cuts threatening essential programs, your support is needed more urgently than ever.

“Nonprofit organizations across the country are facing uncertainty. We are appealing to individuals and philanthropic organizations to fill this gap that has been created by the intentional deconstruction of the nation’s social safety net.”

Jenise Terrell, CEO Public Allies

By investing in the Leadership in Action Fund, you’re helping to ensure that local leaders can continue their critical work.

“Strong communities are the foundation of our democracy. Every time we invest in a young leader or empower a local organization, we are reinforcing the very fabric of American democracy—enhancing public safety, innovation, and quality of life,“  – Wisconsin State Rep. Darrin Madison (Public Allies Wisconsin ’17 & ’18)

Stand with us and invest in emerging leadership that can meet this moment and the next.
