Get ready to be guided through the evening by the vibrant energy of Dr. Victor Amaya, a passionate leader who believes in the power of collaboration and mentorship. He believes that data has the power to transform communities by creating opportunities, breaking down inequities, and amplifying the voices of those most affected by systemic barriers. His mission is to ensure that data is not just available, but accessible, actionable, and empowering—so that individuals and organizations can make informed decisions that lead to meaningful change. With a voice rooted in experience and a heart grounded in community, he’ll bring the night to life — keeping us inspired, engaged, and energized all the way through.

Guest Speaker: David Crowley ⭐️

In 2020, David Crowley became the youngest county executive in the history of Milwaukee County and the first Black leader elected to serve in the role. In 2024, County Executive Crowley was reelected to a second term with 85% of the vote. David Crowley is focusing Milwaukee County on a vision of achieving equity in all areas, and by doing so, becoming the healthiest county in Wisconsin.

Under Crowley’s leadership, Milwaukee County has diversified positions, streamlined services, addressed legacy fiscal challenges, and delivered investments that are moving the community forward. As a lifelong Milwaukee resident, County Executive Crowley is working to build bridges that bring people together, deliver economic prosperity for families, and foster a safer, stronger, and healthier Milwaukee County.

David attended Bay View High School and recently earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Ericka, and their three daughters.
