I used to be unsure of my ability to facilitate a workshop because I was in Special Education and had dyslexia, but now I have way more confidence because Public Allies DC gave me many tools and hands on opportunities to practice and learn how to facilitate engaging Youth Empowerment workshops that my students, parents, and teachers love to attend.
