Patrice Dziire, JD
Patrice Dziire, JD was named Executive Director of Public Allies Chicago in July of 2016.
Prior to Public Allies, Patrice practiced law at three large law firms in Chicago and New York and as founder of a boutique immigration and human rights law firm. Patrice served as the first foreign national Executive Director of the Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association, in Harare, Zimbabwe, where she managed large-scale donor funded projects focused on children’s rights, strategic litigation, and protection of women human rights defenders.
Patrice is an alumna of African Development Corps, South Africa, where she served as a researcher at a leading human rights nonprofit focused on racial healing and restorative justice.
Patrice is a first-generation graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and New York University School of Law.
