Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) is a diverse network of equity-minded leaders at all stages of their careers. By providing 1:1 coaching, meaningful member-to-member connections, skill-building opportunities, and added capacity and resources, LEE works to support Public Allies alumni (and other values-driven alumni leaders) do the work needed to ensure equity everywhere – whether by organizing within their local communities, exploring careers in policy & advocacy, or pursuing elected office.
