PUBLIC ALLIES SAN ANTONIO LEADERSHIP

Steven Acton MSODL, Site Director

Steven Acton has served as Program Director of Public Allies San Antonio since 2015. He is responsible for ensuring site compliance and programmatic quality and impact, including building and management of a $500,000 program budget.

Steven’s career in the nonprofit sector began in 2012 when he was selected to serve in Public Allies San Antonio’s class of 2012-2013. During his term of service, Steven was placed at Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas where he served as Collaborations & Special Projects Coordinator. Following his year in Public Allies by being hired as Program Manager with Public Allies San Antonio. In addition to providing training & coaching to Allies, Steven was responsible for recruitment, selection, and management of Allies and Partnering Organizations.

Steven holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership from University of the Incarnate Word.
