The Twin Cities site made strong efforts to ensure all members of the cohort were important and challenged us in different ways to achieve. They adapted the programming to our needs and facilitated trainings that excited the entire cohort and made us self reflect as well as have broad discussions about oppression on the nonprofit space. Amazing program that has helped my professional development exponentially more than my college education.
