Position Summary: Soul Trak Outdoors is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Operations and Program Coordinator. This dual role involves managing the day-to-day administrative needs of Soul Trak while also supporting and leading outdoor programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors, highly organized, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on program facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Manage daily office operations, including responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
Maintain organized records and files, including participant data, program schedules, and financial documents.
Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial reconciliation.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and programs, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
Support grant writing and reporting, including gathering data and drafting content.
Maintain and update the organization’s website and social media platforms.
Assist in the preparation of monthly newsletters and donor communications.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and program equipment.
Program Support:

Plan, organize, and lead outdoor programs, including hiking, paddling, climbing, biking, and camping excursions.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during outings by adhering to best practices and safety guidelines.
Facilitate educational sessions on topics such as outdoor skills, environmental stewardship, and Leave No Trace principles.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers for various programs and events.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve program offerings.
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, participants, and stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation and management of program materials, including gear, food, and educational resources.
Qualifications:

Must be DMV-based.
Must have a Driver’s/’ License
Must have reliable personal transportation
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Experience in outdoor education, recreation, or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and inspire diverse groups of participants in outdoor settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Ability to work in person 2-3 times a week
Wilderness First Aid (WFA) or Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to participate in and lead outdoor activities, which may include hiking, paddling, climbing, and camping.
Capability to lift and carry program equipment and supplies.

$44,000 – $48,000 salary based on experience
