Delivery Associates, in partnership with Los Angeles County, is hiring an Impact Manager to drive progress and accelerate the impact of a top priority for LA County and its residents.
The Impact Manager will serve on the Equitable Outcomes Team, a small interdisciplinary unit embedded in LA County government, and function as a county resource for strategy, implementation, and equity.
This individual will:
- ️Have a track record of overseeing large, complex initiatives involving senior stakeholders
- ️Drive progress on multiple work streams in close alignment with the county’s leadership agenda
- ️Focus on results for residents by drawing on a variety of tools and resources to creatively solve problems
The Impact Manager will build on the success of the Equitable Outcomes Team’s pilot year for a fixed-term contract from January 2024 to December 2024.
This is an amazing opportunity to create tangible, measurable change for LA County residents while learning from implementation experts working on similar projects at a global public impact consultancy.
