Mental Health Resources in the Wake of Recent Violence

We send love and light in the wake of unspeakable violence to the victims and their families, to those grieving the loss of friends and community members, to those of us who carry the pain and weight of seeing ourselves and our loved ones in the faces of these victims, to all of us who are forced to live at the intersection of police brutality, gun violence, gender, race, and hate crimes. To young Black men, teachers, to LatinX farmworkers, recent arrivals to America with big dreams, to Asians and Asian-Americans who love to dance. To the common thread of humanity that binds us, and to the dignity we all deserve.
